Human Vanin-1 Urine ELISA Kit

Method :
This assay is based on a sandwich ELISA format using HRP/TMB detection and is provided on 12 × 8-well detachable microplate strips.

Urine samples.
Sample volume :
10 µl per well.
Assay time :
Approximately 4 hours plus an additional 30-minute incubation.
Sensitivity :
Detection limit of 9.6 pmol/l (equivalent to 500 pg/ml).
Standard range :
0–1 200 pmol/l (corresponding to 0–62 500 pg/ml).
Conversion factor :
1 pmol/l corresponds to 52.07 pg/ml (molecular weight: 52.07 kDa).
Precision
• Inter-assay (n = 9): ≤ 7% CV
• Intra-assay (n = 3): ≤ 5% CV
Specificity :
Recognizes endogenous and recombinant human Vanin-1.
Cross-reactivity :
No cross-reactivity with mouse Vanin-1 detected. Potential reactivity with Vanin-1 from certain non-human primate species.
